Kaydn Hilles – Thayer
Thayer’s frontcourt spark comes from the left-handed versatility of senior forward Kaydn Hilles. A two-year starter, she brings a mix of finishing, playmaking, and defense that shows up across the stat sheet.
Head coach Denny Young described Hilles as “a phenomenal left-handed athlete” who started the last two seasons, led the team in field goal percentage, and earned all-district and second-team All-SCA honors. He noted that she has “worked hard in the off season,” has drawn college attention including an offer from Lyon College, and is “a great athlete that we expect to have a breakout year,” after averaging 12 points, 4 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 steals per game.
Her ability to score efficiently, rebound, create for others, and defend multiple spots gives Thayer a senior centerpiece. With added confidence and college interest, Hilles is poised to be one of the league’s most complete forwards.
