Jaelyn Miller – Westran
Westran’s backcourt has been anchored for years by point guard Jaelyn Miller. As she heads into another season, her experience and composure with the ball make her the natural organizer of the offense.
Head coach Alex Thomas noted that “Jaelyn has been our starting point guard for the past 3 seasons,” calling her “an outstanding ball handler and facilitator” and adding that he expects her “to play a larger role in the scoring department this season.”
That evolution from pure table-setter to more aggressive scorer should give Westran’s offense another level. With her handle, vision, and growing confidence as a shooter, Miller is positioned to be one of the most important guards in the area.
