Remington Garrison’s high school basketball career at Sarcoxie High School concluded this season as one of the most remarkable runs in recent program history. The senior point guard wrapped up her fourth year as a varsity starter without missing a single game throughout her entire high school career, a testament to her durability and commitment to the Lady Bears.
Garrison earned All-Conference and All-District honors for the second consecutive season, cementing her status as one of the most dependable players in southwest Missouri. Her ability to control tempo and conduct the offense with poise made her an invaluable asset to head coach April Ellis throughout the campaign. Garrison’s fluency with the basketball and defensive intensity made her a complete player who could impact games on both ends of the floor.
The Lady Bears advanced through the early rounds of the Class 3 District 11 Tournament, with Garrison helping lead victories over Purdy and Diamond before falling to top-seeded Ash Grove in the semifinals.
